This project has been a nightmare that has been added to over the years faster than I can intelligently record the truly relevant details. The editing and sorting out the details to make sense of it has been very demanding. But dealing the "mysterious sabotage" of records in ways that may make an interesting yarn to those who are computer savvy, has been an interesting experience.

As a number of people who are part of this saga are still alive and do not have an active part in the construction of this story, before writing about them, I feel the publishing of names and details has to be evaluated to sit comfortably within the parameters of the restrictive "Privacy Laws" in Australia.

I do not have the intention of slandering anyone with lies or exaggerations and will take genuine steps to edit anything that is unacceptable.

From my researches into Australian whistle-blowers - they can find themselves over their heads in litigation costs for publishing the truth about something. The same seems to apply to Americans. So it seems they are not automatically protected by any ideas of "Free Speech" and I just do not have the kind of money to save myself from any vicious legal assault to cover up the truth. Though under Australian law, "they" had better have "the facts" before attacking.

I believe that if I was an American, things would have been quite different.
